We would like to have the driveway exit the site to the south onto 294th Street by way of crossing the Homeowner Association property that abuts our lot.The homeowners association has agreed to give us an easement for this purpose.The new driveway placement will be much more functional and safer to use.The placement of the driveway is depicted on the attached site plans.As you can see from the site plans,there is no increase in the amount of surface area required for the driveway and there is no increase in the impact to the adjacent stream.The driveway will not intrude into the buffer enhancement area.We believe that this change represents an equal situation to the previous driveway placement as far as the stream and buffer area are concerned. It is also important to note the all utilities that serve the development to the south cross through this strip of land and it will therefore be disturbed into eternity for the maintenance and repair of these utilities. Please give serious consideration to our request.We are sorry that we did not submit the driveway in this configuration originally.The reason that we did not is that we had no idea that the Homeowners Association would agree to let us cross the property.We were told that they did not even want us to build the house and so we never asked the question about crossing their property.
