The City of Federal Way's Department of Community Development has received your request for
information relating to parcel#0114700140.
The subject property is zoned Single-Family Residential (RS 7.2)and is regulated pursuant to Federal
Way Revised Code(FWRC) 19.200"Single-Family Residential." RS 7.2 lots are required to maintain a
minimum lot size of 7,200 sq. ft. According to information obtained from the King County Department of
Assessments,the subject property has a land square footage of 13,634 sq. ft. Based on this information,
the subject property is a buildable lot with regards to dimensional standards.According to the City's
Critical Areas Map,there are no critical areas mapped on the property nor do any buffers from
surrounding properties overlap onto the subject property.
