You have also requested guidance on separation requirements for the two facilities. LOCATION The Lifeway Church Process IV site plan approval issued December 18,2009,indicates the location of the church's stormwater facility on the southeast portion of the subject property. The Retreat Meadows Preliminary Plat approval issued April 19,2011, indicates the location of the new SW 358`h Street extension's stormwater facility in the same location as the church's stormwater facility. As SW 358`h Street will be a public road, its associated stormwater facility will be public and located in a separate tract. Therefore, the church's stormwater facility will need to re-locate north of the public facility. The Public Works Department has not received detailed engineered drawings or a final technical information report for the two facilities and therefore is unable to approve the locations, but due to existing topography the department does acknowledge the two facilities will be within close proximity and on current Lifeway Church property. Following completion of the SW 358'h Street stormwater facility in conjunction with the Retreat Meadows plat, the facility will be dedicated to the city while the Lifeway Church stormwater facility will remain under church ownership. SEPARATION The city does not have a standard for pond separation. Separation of the ponds will be dependent of several factors such as access to the structures, access road, soils, and slope stability of berms. These items will be addressed in the final technical information report and engineered drawings, which will be reviewed by the Public Works Department prior to engineering approval. As there is no standard for pond separation and no final engineering documents have been submitted, the department is unable to provide an exact separation requirement.
