Interim City Administrator Brian Davis presented the partnership agreement for renewal with Highline College, cost to the City of $24,000. Community Relations Liaison/Contract Administrator Autumn Gressett presented the Town Square Park & Staircase Electrical request seeking approval for electrical outlets for lights and snowflake décor on the light poles within the Town Square Park & Staircase, cost of $30,211.44. Purchase of Police Vehicle Laptops: Presented by IT Director Thomas Fichtner. The additional amount of $61,846.47 will be funded from the excess reserves in the IT fund.
