Interim City Administrator Brian Davis presented the partnership agreement for renewal with Highline College, cost to the City of $24,000. Community Relations Liaison/Contract Administrator Autumn Gressett presented the Town Square Park & Staircase Electrical request seeking approval for electrical outlets for lights and snowflake decor on the light poles within the Town Square Park & Staircase, cost of $30,211.44. Purchase of Police Vehicle Laptops: Presented by IT Director Thomas Fichtner. IT Director Thomas Fichtner presented the request to purchase thirteen Getac laptops for the police patrol cars that were not included in the approved budget under the Information Technology budget, Equipment Replacement Reserves. The additional amount of $61,846.47 will be funded from the excess reserves in the IT fund.
