ALUMINUM PATIO ROOF WHERE IT ATTACHES TO ROOF ABOVE LAUNDRY ROOM. DAMAGE
TO CEILINGS ABOVE LIVING ROOM, DINING, KITCHEN, AND FAMILY ROOM (ALL VAULTED
CEILINGS).
2. REPLACE DAMAGED RAFTERS AND SHEATHING ABOVE, REPAIR IN -PLACE DAMAGED
RAKE AND REPLACE SHEATHING ABOVE NORTHEAST CORNER OF LAUNDRY ROOM, AND
REPLACE VAULTED CEILINGS.
3. WATER DAMAGE FOUND AT CHASE TO BE VERIFIED BY CONTRACTOR, WITH SHEATHING TO
BE REPLACED AS NOTED ON THE PLANS.
4. DAMAGED PREFABRICATED PATIO ROOF STRUCTURE TO BE EITHER REPAIRED OR
REPLACED AS VERFIED AND COMPLETED BY THE CONTRACTOR. AS IT'S
PREFABRICATED NO ENGINEERING IS REQUIRED. ISOLATED DAMAGE TO AT GRADE
DECK SUPPORTING ONE OF THE PATIO ROOF POSTS TO BE REPAIRED BY CONTRACTOR.
