Attached is a copy of the Administrative Decision form and associated signed documentation for the State of
Washington Business Licensing Services for Skyway Towing & Recovery. Please contact City of Federal Way Chief of
Police Andy Hwang via email at stephan.rieal cit ❑ffederalwa .corn or by phone at (253) 835-6700 to arrange for law
enforcement to do a site inspection, review your entire application, and sign your Vehicle Transport Certification and
Approval form.
Please note that the existing parking lot for your property at 2025 S. 341't PL, Federal Way, WA 98003 may be
nonconforming, as it appears the rear area abuts the property line with no setback. If this is indeed the case, then the
requirements of 15 ft. rear setbacks in the Commercial Enterprise zone detailed in Federal Way Revised Code (FWRC)
19.240.050(1) are not being met. The setback must be accommodated by reducing the size of this parking area and
adding the necessary 15 ft. setback to meet zoning requirements for your site.
