I understand you have some additional questions that were sent to Isaac Conlen. He is out of the office this week, so I've
provided further information below. I've copied Peter Lawrence from the Building Department, if you want to discuss
some of your building related questions. As we have discussed previously, a Pre -Application Meeting would be beneficial
for you to learn more about city processes and requirements as they may pertain to your project.

1. What do 1 have to do to conver the mobile home on site to an office.
a. Permit required, you need to discuss this question with someone from the Building Department.
2. What do 1 have to do to remove the old build from the site.
a. Permit required, you need to discuss this question with someone from the Building Department.
3. Do 1 have to do anything to change usage of that property to what I am going to use that property.
a. In addition to the business license, building permit for the changes to the building you are keeping,
demolition permit for the building you are removing, you will need at least a Use Process I land use
application review before anything else can be approved. The zoning change of use review will occur as
part of the Use Process I review.
strongly recommend a Pre -Application Meeting in order for you to gain a better understanding of
what would be required if you move forward with this project. You would need to submit a proposed
project plan and then several weeks later the meeting occurs with staff from Planning, Building, Public
Works, Fire, and Lakehaven Utility District all at one time. I've attached the Pre -Application Meeting

Yes we are going to use that property for the trucking facility. We are going to park the trucks in that property
and no mainetenance on that property.
