Per Federal Way Revised Code 19.40.030(2)(a), due to the simple nature of the proposal, and because the site has previously undergone a preapplication conference and site plan review for a similar development proposal, your request for waiver of the required preapplication conference is hereby approved. Please be advised that this waiver of preapplication review may increase the risk of the application being incomplete or that the processing time will be increased. It is best to schedule an intake appointment with the permit center by email. The best times for intake are Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday mornings around 8:15 -8:30. Just let them know you need to schedule intake for a Process II I and SEPA review. Contact the permit center at permitcenter cityoffederalway, com or by phone at 253-835-2607. Please let me know if you have any additional questions. I recently sent Mr. Pierce an AD letter outlining the process III & SEPA review required for the PWSF site. I don't believe a preapp will be necessary. I'm not sure what the next steps are. Should I submit this email to permit center for formal waiver submittal? Or can we just approve it via email? Thanks, Becky C.
