The Hearing Examiner approved file 13-101108- UP on January 27, 2014, and pursuant to Federal Way Revised Code (FWRC) 19.15.100, this approval is valid until January 27, 2019. At this time, since the approval granted under file 13-101108-UP is still valid for approximately 17 more months, it is not appropriate or necessary to grant an approval time extension. If the development is not completed within the five-year Hearing Examiner approval period, it would be appropriate to request a two-year time extension approximately 60 days prior to expiration of the approval (November 27, 2018).
