After review of the subject parcel and the City's critical areas map, staff has determined to the best of our knowledge that there is no evidence of any critical areas affecting the above -referenced parcel and the City of Federal Way does not object to the subdivision being developed on septic. This is no guarantee that critical areas do not exist upon the property. In the event that critical areas are identified on the property, you must contact the City to determine applicable permitting requirements. We suggest that you contact the King County Health Department to assure that you can provide for a septic system and a reserve area.
