The city has a project at the 100 percent design phase to widen 101h Avenue SW along this property's
southern border. The design indicates that a strip of land approximately 11.5 feet wide and approximately 250
feet long is required along a section of 101h Avenue SW in order to construct the improvements. This
roadway widening project, while at the 100 percent design phase, is not currently funded for construction or
right-of-way acquisition. The city does not identify any improvement projects in its currently adopted Capital
Improvement Program (CIP) list that would require any land from this property for additional right-of-way
along SW Campus Drive.
