Hello, my name is Sandy Shim. I work in a property management office at Hometown Plaza which is located right
next to Stevenson Motel. The address of the property is 33324 Pacific Hwy S Federal Way. The tenants and
customers who frequent the businesses object to having a homeless shelter next door. We have signed a petition
objecting the placement of homeless shelter and I have attached it to this email. Main reason is security and
panhandling. Even now we have some panhandling going on. They bang on the windows and won't stop until
opening the window or door or leave the premises. This action scares some customers away and will not come back.
Please do put us (tenants and customers) in mind in deciding. I am not a computer person and I was only able to
divide the petition papers in 3 files. I will be sending 2 more emails after.
