MINUTES
Mayor Gates convened the study session/retreat of the Federal Way City Council on July 20,
1994, at Klahanee Lake Community Center, 33901-9th Avenue South, Federal Way,
Washington, from 12:00-5:00 p.m..
Councilmembers present: Mayor Mary Gates, Deputy Mayor Phil Watkins, Councilmembers
Bob Stead, Ray Tomlinson, Hope Elder, Ron Gintz, Skip Priest.
Staff present: City Manager Kenneth Nyberg, Management Services Director Iwen Wang,
Facilitator Michael Pendleton.
