CALL MEETING TO ORDER
A Study Session, for the purpose of budget review, was called to order by Deputy Mayor
Phil Watkins, at the hour of 6:05 p.m., in Council Chambers, Federal Way City Hall, 33530
1st Way S, Federal Way, Washington, on the 3rd day of November, 1994. Councilmembers
present: Ray Tomlinson, Hope Elder, Bob Stead and Skip Priest. Mayor Gates arrived at
6: 15 p.m. and Council member Gintz arrived at 6:20 p.m. Staff present: Kenneth E.
Nyberg, City Manager and Maureen Swaney, City Clerk.

The Council asked the City Manager to recompute the budget numbers, based on this
evening's discussion, and present them a revised document on November 15, 1994. After
the aforementioned date, another study session will be scheduled to review the 1995 budget.
