12-104874 PLANSNew Taco Time Restaurant Project Description THE EXISTING SITE IS LOCATED ON THE EAST SIDE OF ENCHANTED PARKWAY SOUTH ACROSS THE STREET FROM LOWE'S AND SOUTH OF THE HOME DEPOT STORES. THE SITE IS 2.54 ACRES AND WILL BE SHORT PLATTED THRU THE CITY'S BINDING SITE PLAN PROCESS BUT WILL HAVE A SPECIAL CHECKLIST OF THE SHORT SUBDIVISION REQUIREMENTS. THE STREET FRONT SITE WILL BE DEVELOPED WITH A TACO TIME BUILDING WILL BE 2,681 SF, ONE STORY, TYPE VB CONSTRUCTION AND WILL CONTAIN APPROXIMATELY 60 SEATS. ENTRY DOORS WILL BE AVAILABLE OFF OF THE WEST, NORTH AND EAST SIDES LEADING TO PEDESTRIAN PLAZAS ALONG THE EAST/WEST SIDES AND THE PRIMARY SIDEWALK ALONG THE NORTH.
