Project Description: The Public Works Street Division proposes pedestrian improvements along the western side of 21st Ave. S. between S. 3161h to S 3201h Street (approximately 4 blocks) within the right- of-way dedication. Work shall include the removal of existing improvements and 45 parking stalls on developed commercial propert(ies), a light planter area, ADA ramps, retaining walls and fencing. The private property owner may compensate for the parking stall reduction by restriping the parking lot. The city will construct curbing and side walk per plans date stamped received July 28, 2016.
