RE: Permit #15-1 03223-00-EN, 1215 S 356t" Street
Dear EJ:
With respect to the above -referenced permit, please accept this letter requesting a'minor
change in the work proposed. Rather than stabilizing the entire area with grass, the
applicant would prefer to leave the southem approximately 1,950 sf this area as gravel.
Runoff from this additional impervious area will be dispersed as it sheetflows to the south
prior to entering the critical area buffers on site. There will be no concentration of flows
from this project, and there will be no work done under this permit within any of the
critical area buffers on the property.
Thank you for your attention to this matter and we appreciate your assistance.
Very truly yours,
ESM CONSULTING ENGINEERS, LLC.
