Project Name: Two Residential Structures Bulk Mold Sampling
4307 and 4311 South 325th Street Lot #57/#58
Federal Way, WA
Per the customer's request 2 bulk (tape) samples were collected on two exterior walls
one on 4307 (lot 57) and one on 4311 (lot 58). Suspect mold growth was assumed on
the unfinished exterior OSB walls. (see BULK ANALYSIS — NONVIABLE FUNGAL
results chart attached). No evidence of mold growth was found on items tested.
The tape lift samples of settled dust were collected using Zefon Analytical Accessories Bio-Tape
slides. The tape lift samples were taken in accordance with the manufacturer's directions, then
labeled and sealed in their individual plastic cases and then sealed again in an individual zip top
plastic sample bag.
