I attempted to contact Rick Perez via voice-message and email on 1/20/21 to discuss the requirement of
this application. To date – 1/27/21 I have not received a response.
Per Barghausen Engineering a Concurrency Application does not apply as we are not adding building
square footage and are currently meeting the parking requirements for the City of Federal Way.
The additional parking spaces are to accommodate their employees.
A traffic study would have been included with the original Civil permits.
