Federal Way Public Schools - Olympic View K-8 School Replacement
SEPA Lead Agency Notice
Dear Mr. Davis:
This letter is to inform you that Federal Way Public Schools will be acting as SEPA lead
agency for review of the above referenced project, as provided by the Washington
Administrative Code (WAC) L97-LL-926. The WAC grants authority to subdivisions of the
state, including school districts, to assume lead agency status for projects implemented by
the district. In accordance with the requirements of the State statute, the school district
has adopted policies and procedures governing the SEPA process for district projects.
The following is the anticipated schedule for the SEPA comment periods that we would like
you to be anticipating:
SEPA checklist and notice of consultation will be issued with a L{-day comment
period in mid-January 2O2L.
SEPA Determination will be issued by early February with a L4-day comment
period.
