LOT IS CURRENTLY VACANT WITH NO BUILDINGS, SOME LIMITED PRELIMINARY GRADING AND RETAINING
WALLS WERE CONSTRUCTED UNDER PREVIOUS PERMIT FOR EXTREME CLEAN CAR WASH FACILITY. THE
OWNER HAS DECIDED TO MAKE SOME CHANGES TO THE BUILDING FROM THE PREVIOUSLY REVIEWED
