The application seeks approval for two buildings: one two story office building (Building B) AND a second two story building which includes more office/retail space with one level (banquet hall) for big events (Building A). Both buildings would have a section to store things: tools, tables, desks, etc. (See attached preliminary site plans). The design on building A calls for approximately 5,500 square feet of office/retail space on 1st floor and a 5,500 square feet banquet hall on the 2nd floor as per code, for a total 11,000 square foot building. The design on building B calls for approximately 5,400 square feet of office/storage space on 1st level and 900 square feet of office on 2nd level for a total of 6,300 square feet. The total lot size for WBF Business Center is .97 acres on the corner of South 356th St and Pacific Hwy South (Highway 99). The proposed parking is to have 46 parking spaces.
