On behalf of our client Andrew Dinh, Abbey Road Group Land Development Services is submitting a Pre -
Application Conference Form.
The intention of this Pre-Application Conference is to discuss a proposed 3 lot Short Plat for the property
located at 1320 S 359th St Federal Way, WA 98003, parcel number 2921049071. The 3 lot short plat has a
road and utility extension (water and sewer as part of the Park 16 project. This proposed project has been
approved prior under permit #14-101516-00-SU. More specifically this Pre-Application Conference is about
reviving any permits for this completed project and having the short plat be finalized as this project has
been completed before.

in support of the proposed short plat.
