Project description:
The applicant is proposing to construct a new two-story office building with a maximum gross floor area
of 9,300 SF on the north end of the site. The site is currently being occupied by an existing restaurant
with 15 stalls of parking in the middle of the site, and two single-family residences at the north portion
of the property. The restaurant and parking will remain. The two residential structures will be
demolished to make way for the new office building and parking.
The new office building will be a wood-framed structure, Type VB per the 2018 IBC. It will have 31
parking stalls, a trash enclosure and required landscaping.
