The proposed project is located on the Wild Waves Campus at the SW quadrant of the existing
stormwater facility known as “Mud Lake”. The project will include a new wood framed deck area of
approximately 2100sf. The deck will be supported on either a pile or diamond pier foundation system
with wood framed structure above. There is potential for inclusion of large “fixed” umbrella sun shades,
if feasible. The deck surfacing will be a “composite” spaced decking similar to “Trex” decking.
The project is intended to begin construction in early 2022 in order to be ready for the summer season.
