PROJECT NARRATIVE / DESCRIPTION:
The proposed project consists of remodeling an existing 1975, 2-story masonry office building, into a
2-story Goddard School with exterior playgrounds. The site is approximately 65,000 sf (1.49 acres)
with a gross building size of approximately 14,511 sf on 2 levels with 70 parking stalls and associated
landscaping. The project will be designed to the Goddard School requirements and meet all local
and state code requirements.
Building, parking and associate parking is existing and Not Applicable to Chapter 19.115. New
exterior work are the playgrounds that are at grade with a 6' black metal fence, within property
setback requirements, meeting Chapter 19.115 requirements.
