The following is in response to your March 1, 2000, letter received on March 6, 2000. In that
letter you request verification that parcel numbers 1190600-2936 and 119600-2941 have been
consolidated into one lot and only one residence can be constructed on the lot.
Federal Way lot line elimination application number LLE99-0003 was approved by the city and
recorded at King County on August 18, 1999, under recording number 19990818001484. The
city now recognizes the two previous parcels as being consolidated into one legal lot of record.
Therefore, only one residence can be constructed on these consolidated lots.

A lot line elimination was done for parcel #1190600-2936 and #119600-2941 back on
June 16, 1999 and my house currently is positioned in the middle of the two lots. The 2
lots have many setbacks making most of the property unbuildable. I am writing to you to
request a letter that indicates that only one house can be built on these two parcel
numbers so that I may send it to King County Tax Advisor's office.
