If it is possible for you to get (at a minimum) an email from an authorized representative of the land owner, identifying they are an authorized owner’s representative and authorizing you to proceed with permits for the property, that would be ok for the city. Hi Keith, I was referred to you by Christina Dunlap. Our land use application is being held up due to a lack of a signature on our land use application by the property owner. We do have a Lease Agreement (attached) which authorizes my client, Northwest Restaurants, to pursue permits for the Taco Bell.
