Description of Project:
The overall goal of this project is to repair and rehabilitate (by replacement) the existing bulkhead
in order to restore it to a state comparable to its original conditionand to continue to protect the
marine shoreline from erosion. The proposed replacement will not cause substantial adverse
effects to shoreline resources or environment.
