The city is in receipt of your peer review request to evaluate the 32604 4511, Court SW, Wetland and Stream
Delineation Report (December 3, 2019) prepared by Watershed Consultants (August 7, 2018). Thank you for
your environmental review deposit. Before the city forwards the report to our third -party reviewer, we
request the following corrections for an expeditious review:
• Prepare and submit formal wetland/waterway delineations for the non -delineated wetland
boundary and non -delineated stream ordinary high-water mark noted on the Wetland and
Stream Delineation Sketch (page 1 of 1).
• Please revise the report to reflect the City of Federal Way's recent critical areas ordinance
update in August 2019. See Federal Way Revised Code (FWRC) 19.145.
Please resubmit two copies of the revised report and/or addendum with the enclosed resubmittal form to the
