The September 2020 Report is an update to a critical areas report prepared by The Watershed Company, dated January 30, 2020. The assessment evaluated wetland and fish and wildlife habitat at the subject property (King County Tax Parcel No. 8732180230). The purpose of this peer review is to provide a professional opinion regarding applicable regulatory requirements in the City of Federal Way (City) Revised Code (FWRC) Title 19.145 (Environmentally Critical Areas), specific to Article III, Fish and Wildlife Habitat Conservation Areas and Article IV, Wetlands. LAI concurs with the delineated boundary of Wetland A, Wetland B, Wetland C, and Joe’s Creek, and the wetland ratings and stream type determinations presented in the September 2020 Report. LAI notes that standard buffer widths are shown on Sheet W1, and that the September 2020 Report has been prepared in support of short plat of the property.
