Mastec Network Solutions on behalf of AT&T Mobility proposed modification to an existing telecommunications facility,
site ID: WA1949, site name Federal Way Buena, located at 30929 8th Ave S Federal Way, WA 98003 requesting to install
(3) Kathrein 80010966 Antennas, remove(3) Kathrein 742-265 Antennas, remove (6) LGP 21401_(U9) TMAS, remove
(6) diplexers, install 3 RRH, install (1) 5g upgrade kit to existing FSM4, install (3) AMP breakers, install (1) 24V
rectifier.
Prior to any site work, an electrical permit is required from the City’s Building Division. An electrical permit can be
