BB Electric a licensed and Bonded Electrical Contractor in the State of Washington
has done a general inspection at the address 32820 20°' Ave S, Unit 1 Federal Way, WA
98003.
BB Electric inspected the electrical panel and it is a 200 amp Siemens panel. There is no
indication of wiring overheating or breakers not tripping. There was no melted or
bubbling of wires. There was no double tapping of breakers and the ground in the panel
was correct. The panel is in good working condition. '
We did a general walk thru of the home and there are no open junction boxes, open
splices or anything that would be a cause for concern electronically. There is GFCJ
protection in the bathroom. Overall the electrical condition of home is safe and a
satisfactory.
