Overview
• Launched in 2019 by Port
Commission to develop equity -based
partnerships with near -airport
communities
• The three programs are:
— WMBE/Small Business Support
— Economic Recovery Grants
— Environmental Grants (EGP)
• EGP is awarding 5 organizations
this year for Cycle 3 funding
Environmental Grants Program
• Projects must take place on public
property in Burien, SeaTac, Des
Moines, Federal Way, Normandy
Park, or Tukwila
• $20,000 annual project cap
• Multi -year funding for $60,000 over
3 years
• Required 3:1 Match- RCW 35.21.278
