May we obtain review from South King Fire & Rescue of the private driveway tracts longer than 150 feet in the plan
set (attached) for Twin Trails Subdivision located at 1605 SW 341st Pl in Federal Way?
Or is it sufficient that we agree with your comment in the pre-application, #21-100434-00-PC, that “Fire sprinklers
ARE required due to limited access and no approved turnaround for [Lot 26]. Since no turnaround is provided on the
[Type W road], the hose reach after the engine goes 150 feet and stops; it is an additional 150 feet around all sides of
the structure. If this cannot be achieved, fire sprinklers will be required for [Lots 25 and 27].” Please note the current
tract and lot numbers in place of the brackets above.
