After looking over the blueprints, we do not see any objections to servicing the lots. NO. 3-2CC. The exhibit (attached) depicts the private driveway as tracts, however easements may also be considered in lieu of tracts. We would like your input on the perceived 2 pros/cons of each method (easement vs tract). For example, we would expect Fire Marshal approval conditions to perhaps include requirements for sprinklers. Do you have any input? I will try your phone at (253) 804-6817 tomorrow. Should there be no response, we will assume Waste Management does not object to serving the residential lots on private driveways. Can Waste Management collection trucks serve the single-family residential lots in the private and public streets of this subdivision? Project is located generally south of SW 341st Place and north of SW 344th Street, adjacent to 19th Avenue SW. We are preparing the 2nd submittal to Federal Way and would appreciate your response. I look forward to hearing from you or another designee.
