Dear Residents and Local Businesses,
Thank you for providing comment and signing a petition, received on January 31, 2023, regarding the
Stevenson Motel Emergency Housing, proposed Change of use/Zoning Compliance Process III application,
at the above-mentioned location. Per FWRC 19.65.100(5), the written decision is being distributed to any
person who submitted written comments or information to the director, or any person who has specifically
requested it.
The Stevenson Motel Emergency Housing Zoning Compliance/Change of Use Process III Decision, and
attachments, are available at the link below. Due to the project not meeting separation requirements of
FWRC 19.220.105, Special Regulations and Notes 2(a)(i), the Process III application has been denied.
