Thank you for the response. At this time the City cannot sign the Vehicle Transport/Disposal Certification as it appears that a
towing serviceltow lot has never been established on this site. Pursuant to Federal Way Revised Code (FWRC) 19.220.030,
establishing a tow or taxi lot requires Process II `Site Plan Review'. Process II review is an administrative review process where
the Director of Community Development makes a decision per FWRC 19.60.050. See attached Process II submittal
requirements. In addition, as part of the Process II review, the tow lot storage area must comply with FWRC 19.125.170,
"Commercial and industrial uses".
If you would like to meet to discuss options moving forward please feel free to contact me so we can set up some time to
discuss. Otherwise, please feel free to contact me with additional questions. We can move forward with the Vehicle
Transport/Disposal Certification once the Use Process II is complete.
