I have the following comments that must be addressed prior to building permit approval. A. Site Plan, Sheet A-1.0 • The vicinity map, site plan notes, north arrow, and scale must be added. (It appears this information was inadvertently left off of this sheet.) • It is recommended that the stamped concrete section between two landscape islands located east of Building B and adjacent to the drive aisle be eliminated. As shown, it is unclear why this section would be paved and might be better as a landscape planting area. See the redlined site plan. • It is recommended that the first two parking stalls adjacent to the drive aisle access from 215t Avenue SW be eliminated. Vehicles maneuvering to and from those stalls could pose a safety hazard. B. Landscape Plan, Sheet L-1 • The landscape plan must be revised to indicate the changes to the pedestrian pathway near Building B and the Building B footprint. • It is recommended that the stamped concrete section between two landscape islands located east of Building B and adjacent to the drive aisle be eliminated. As shown, it is unclear why this section would be paved and might be better as a landscape planting area. Evergreen tree spacing shall provide for a 100 percent sight -obscuring screen within three years of the time of planting. The typical planting plan is two rows of evergreen trees planted in an off- set pattern with spacing appropriate for the species. The entrance to the building has now been located on the west side, so I extended the stamped surface from the finger of the walk/landscape island to the north and continued it to the building. This relates to about 120 sq.ft. of less landscaping. I anticipate making the correction to the other submittals involved but figured I would have some other comments to correct and will do it at that time. The building changes include raising the roof line on the east side making the building look more pronounced. We have introduced some vertical standing seam metal above the CMU. The additional building height allows for a mechanical floor area and a additional window. If there are any questions please do not hesitate to call. Since iy.
