The following information was requested verbally from Mr. Calloway on November 18, 2019 (no information has been provided at this time): • A report/letter prepared by professional arborist/forester describing the number, type and size of the trees removed from the single family residential site. • The significance of the tree removal if the trees removed exceed or meet 5,000 board feet or one log truck triggering retroactive permits for Forest Practices Permit and Environmental Checklist Review. • The number of trees remaining on the site.The site must maintain a minimum tree density of 25 tree units/acre(or 17 tree units). • The total area disturbed, graded and grubbed and purtsuant to FWRC 19.120.030 'a clearing or grading activity may not change the points where the stormwater)or groundwater enters or exits the subject rp operty,and will not change the quality or velocity of stormwater or groundwater in order to qualify for a permit exemption.' Pursuant to a desktop evaluation by Ann Dower, Development Services Division it appears the estimated disturbed and grubbed area exceeds 7,000 square feet and approximately 6-7 trees with a diameter breast height of greater than six(6) were removed on 0.65 acres. Code Compliance Officer Valirie Johnson and Planner Leila Willoughby-Oakes also observed on their November 15, 2019 site visit the presence of heavy machinery/construction vehicles on site (i.e. a bobcat). Per FWRC 19.130.250 the parking and storage of commercial vehicles in residential zones is limited. The subject property is zoned RS 15.0 and the parking or storage of commercial vehicles is limited to 'one commercial vehicle based on standard pickup, light duty trucks, or passenger vehicles, that does not exceed a maximum of 10,000 pounds gross vehicle weight rating per residentially zoned lot. 19.130.250 Parking and storage of commercial vehicles in I residential zones limited.
