1. Call to Order
Chair Assefa-Dawson called the meeting to order at 10:04am and welcomed everyone.
2. Public Comment - None
3. Attendance – Welcomed New Members
4. Approval of Minutes
The Chair asked for approval of the February 8 and February 21, 2023 minutes. Upon a motion duly
made/seconded (KC/BH), the minutes were unanimously approved.

A. TEG Application Update – Seattle Metropolitan Aquatic Club Update

A. Request for Proposal for Professional Services - Update
Destination Management Consultant - 5 Year Master Plan
-Tanja Carter presented the update and discussion was had.
B. Quarterly Lodging Tax Budget / Revenue Report Update

-New Application to be emailed and reviewed.
-Presentation and discussion scheduled for May 10th LTAC Meeting.
7. LTAC Member Issues Discussion
A. Committee
RE – The Farmer’s Market Celebrates 20 Years this year. May 13 she would like to invite the LTAC
members to attend the Opening of the 2023 Farmer’s Market.
KC – Hampton Inn will be Posting the Re-Grand Opening for 4/19/23.
MD – Request to make a budget for LTAC, should include a reserve fund.
B. Staff
LAD – Proposed an in person LTAC meeting once a quarter. All in unanimous agreement.
-KC volunteered for June, KW for Sept, & Dec is still TBD.
-Next year will start off with the PAEC.
