Attached please find the approved Eligible Facilities Request for proposed modifications to a T-Mobile Communication
Facility on Parcel # 797880 0601, 101 S 324TH STREET, FEDERAL WAY, WA 98003. Prior to any site work, an electrical
permit and building permit is required from the City’s Building Division since there will be work done on the cabinets. An
electrical permit can be applied for online. Please contact the Permit Center at 253-835-2607 or
permitcenter@cityoffederalway.com if you have questions regarding permits.

Mayor Jim Ferrell issued a Proclamation of Emergency for the City of Federal Way, Washington on March 9, 2020, due to the
