On September 2, 2020, the City of Federal Way's Department of Community Development received your
request for a zoning verification letter regarding the property located at the above addresses — the property
known as Celebration Center, including the following parcels: 150050-0070-07, 150050-0080-05,
150050-0100, 150050-0110, 150050-0120, and 150050-0130. The following information addresses the
specific questions included in the request.
All parcels are zoned City Center Frame (CC-F). Please see Exhibit A for more information regarding
