Please note that the Plans Examiner noticed the designs were using the 2015 versions of the codes not the 2018 codes
as called out on the front page of the plans.
The proposal will require the additional permits:
A demo permit will be required to remove the old concrete pad and equipment
A building permit will be required for the following,
New concrete pad
I-Bridge and canopy
H-Frame unit
As separate permit will be required for generator
A separate electrical permit will also be required
