James Lee properties. City staff is requesting review according to the agreed terms of the on-call contract.
Please review the scope of work on the task authorization form, enter the task cost on page two of the
document, sign, and return it to the city. Following the deposit of funds by the applicant, staff will provide
you with authorization to proceed with the scope of work.
