Based on the proposed 2-lot short plat, Traffic Division staff has made the following
determinations:
Exempt from Concurrency. The project's trip will not impact any monitor
concurrency intersections in the City. You will need this letter to complete
later applicable permit processes.

This CONCURRENCY DETERMINATION is made this 10"' day of January 2007, by the City of Federal
Way (COFW), a political subdivision of the State of Washington (hereinafter called the "City").
Whereas, the developer intends to develop the property described as Graham Short Plat
reviewed under concurrency City file Number (s)
06-106516-00-CM (hereinafter called the "development");
and
Whereas, RCW 36.70A requires that the City adopt and enforce ordinances which prohibit development approval
if the development causes the level of service on a transportation facility to decline below the standards adopted in the
comprehensive plan, unless transportation improvements or strategies to accommodate the impacts of the development
are made concurrent with the development; and
Whereas, the City adopted its comprehensive plan in November 1995 ; and
Whereas, Chapter 19 of the COFW Municipal Code was amended by the creation of Article IV on June 10, 2006
by Ordinance 06-525 effective January 1, 2007; and
NOW, THEREFORE, a concurrency certificate is issued for the development of
2-lot short Dlat based on the facts and conditions set forth herein.
