NOTICE
Pursuant to FVvrRC 19.105-040(3), written notice at least seven days prior to the proposed work activity is
required before a work hour variance may be granted. However, pursuant to FVVRC 19.105.040(4),
"Waiver of Notice," the Director of Community Development may waive this requirement. The Director
hereby requires the following notice requirements:
0 Notify A businesses of construction activity that are within 300 feet of the proposed work
location.
CLOSING
Please be advised that the city may revoke or modify any exceptions approved under this section based on
verified complaints that the development activity or equipment operation does not meet the terms of the
approved exception, or if the activity creates some unanticipated and verifiable adverse effect. Please
contact the city's Public Works Department for approval of lane closures. If you have any questions

Permanent asphalt restoration needs to be done on the project previously approved for night work under 15-
101341 -AD. The contractor & inspector are available to work this Friday April 10 from 7prn to midnight.
Would it be possible to get the approval extended to cover the restoration this week?
