Manufactured imported topsoil shall be `Professional Growers Blend' as manufactured by Lloyd Enterprises or prior approved equal. These topsoils shall be installed in all plant pits and as a (6) six inch compacted `layer' in all plant bed areas. 4 Installer shall provide a one year warranty of all workmanship and materials to the project Owner. Installer shall provide this warranty in writing to the Owner. Provide a copy of the letter to the Landscape Architect. The one year warranty shall begin on the date of'the final acceptance of all installed work. Maintain all plantingsfinstalled site conditions until the work is completgp accepted by the Landscape Architect. 10 At the date of the one year anniversary of the Final Acceptance, the installer shall contact the Landscape Architect for a site meeting to view the work. 11.
