Project Description: BLUEBEAM - This project involves the stabilization of the existing foundation of a single -story
condominium building. Foundation settlement has been observed on the east side of Campus
Green building 1.8. Pipe piles will be installed to stabilize the existing eastern foundation along
the affected unit. The south side of the building is elevated above the exterior grade and is
supported by a retaining wall approximately 4 feet tall. Cracking and bowing has been
observed in this foundation wall. Pipe piles and helical soil anchors will be installed to support
this area of the foundation. The soil anchors will be installed through the existing foundation
wall and will extend back under the building to restrain the wall.
